I'm playing along with the July challenge at
http://scraparoundtheworld.blogspot.co.uk/ the challenge is open until the 25th. I was inspired by the soft colours, the romance theme and the mixed media from the sketch. I decided to create another layout form my heritage album and scraped about Nan and Granddad's wedding.
I used HOTP Roses in Harmony with Papermania Lincoln linen papers on this layout.
The title was created by cutting the letters out of a journaling card and inking around the letters.
I painted a chipboard frame with acrylic paint and then stamped around it in Tim Holtz antique linen ink and embossed it with a heat embossing tool.
Katie - another beautiful layout and great take on the sketch. Love how the page resembles the inspiration. Love your grandparents wedding picture.
