I am back with my make for the Paperbabe Stamps January Challenge. Our theme for the month is Anything goes so a great time to join us over on the blog http://paperbabestampsteamblog.blogspot.co.uk/.
I am looking forward to returning back to normal now Christmas is over and i've nearly finished clearing out the old house now. It's been exhausting living between two homes but it will be all over in a week.
January is a wet and miserable month so i've gone for the brightest colours i could find for my card.
I started the card off by placing the Herringbone Stencil over a white card blank and spritzing Yellow misting spray over it. I didnt wipe off the excess ink and i turned the stencil over and patted the excess ink over the card to add texture.
I then took the Design A Tweed stamp set and stamped a chevron pattern along the card. I alternated the colours between Spring Green and Sunshine Yellow. Next i used white texture paste and used it on the Herringbone Stencil.
I finished off with a few green ink sprinkles and a sentiment
