IKE's Art November Challenge Remembrance

                                                              Hi all

November is going to be a difficult month as the Father in Law is going through chemo to keep the cancer under control. It means he will be unwell while he goes through the six month course so we can't really plan anything ahead this year. I don't normally post personal stuff on here but if things go a bit lax that is why.

This week at IKE's Art  it is remembrance week and I used the Female Troops  Stamp Set and added a few poppy's using the First Edition Layered Flowers Die Set. November is a time to remember all those who have died fighting for our freedom and our safety they paid the ultimate price for us.

The papers are from the Gecko Galz and are the Autumn set but i liked the browns as it gave a old feel to the project.

Thank you for visiting

  5. Sorry to hear your Father in Law is going through chemo, I've been there and it's a tough journey but fortunately they do have some good drugs to keep the nausea etc under control. I wish him all the best and hope the treatment is not too difficult.

Your project is lovely, a wonderful tribute. Creative Blessings, Tracy x
