Hi all
I am back with a mixed media shaker card this week.
Start off by applying a stencil to a blank card using modelling mask. Use washi tape to keep the stencil in place.
Spray the whole card with mist spray and leave to dry.
Use a die to cut out a Polaroid style frame from craft foam and apply Best Glue Ever to the back.
Glue the frame down to patterned paper and cut it out.
Use the die again to cut out a piece from another sheet of patterned paper and one from acetate. Fill the box with sequins and then glue the acetate over the top and then add the patterned paper over the top.
Glue down the shaker box and then add some dyed cheese cloth around the edge. Stamp out a mermaid and colour it in before adding it to the card.
Add some embellishments and finish with a sentiment.
