Gecko Galz Customer Challenge Sun, Moon and Stars: Reach For The Stars Tag

Hi all 

I am back with a mixed media tag i made for the Gecko Galz July Customer Challenge. The theme this month is Sun,Moon and Stars. You can join us here http://geckogalzscrapbooking.blogspot.co.uk/2016/06/gecko-galz-june-customer-challenge-man.html

I started off by spritzing the tag with water and sprinkling Ultramarine Brusho powder over it. I then Used Ken Oliver Color Burst Turquoise to create a lighter color. I wanted it to look like the night sky. 

I used the mini stars stencil from That Craft Place and DecoArt White Modelling Paste to give the stars a 3D effect, I then used the new Sun,Moon and Stars College Sheet and cut out the man reaching for the moon. I used 3D foam pads to make him stand out off the tag.
