How To Create A Adorable Penguin Tag

Hello craft friends

I have a tag to share with you today and how easy it is to add glitter to projects using Best Glue Ever.

Use the landscape stamp to add the snow mounds to a plain tag.

Apply Best Glue Ever to the snow piles and spread the glue over. The glue will hold the glitter onto the project so it won't flake back off over time. This glue dries tacky instead of dry and brittle which is why it bonds so well with glitter and small embellishments.

Apply fine white glitter and leave it to set.

Paint the top half of the tag with blue acrylic paint.

Stamp over the tag with the snow fall background stamp in dark blue ink.

Apply small blobs of Best Glue Ever to the tag using the Fine Tipped Nozzle add on.  Apply fine white glitter over the top and leave to dry.

Stamp out a penguin and colour in. Add white glitter to the belly and hat.

Add the hat and scalve to the penguin and add it to the tag

Finish the tag with a sentiment

How To Create A Sweet And Easy Tag With Penguins And Presents

Hi all

I have a little tag to share using the new Penguins and Presents stamps by Sticker Kitten.

Start off by painting half of the tag with blue acrylic paint. Then stamp the snowy hills stamp at the bottom and apply glue. Sprinkle with fine white glitter and leave to dry.

Use a dry baby wipe and paint it with green acrylic paint.  Stamp over the top with the trees stamp, cut them out and glue to tag.

Stamp out a penguin, hat and scarf.
Colour them in and cut them out
assemble the pieces and then add those to the tag.

Finish off by stamp out the sentiment onto the tag and then stamp over the top of the tag with the snowball texture stamp using gold ink.

Penguins and Presents Shaker Card

HI all

My last Christmas make for 2016 and here it is the super cute Penguins and Presents collection. You can grab some here http://stickerkitten.co.uk/shop/

It is all change next year as i take a step back due to the Father in law having terminal cancer. It is a very unpredictable illness and we just don't know what is going to happen and when so i have decided to step down from most of my DTs and the magazine work this year.

I will be taking the next few days off as the Christmas rush begins first with my own family coming down tomorrow and then Christmas Day which if all goes well will be spent with the other half's family.

The shaker part was made with a clear food bag which i glued a frame over of and stitched to the bag before cutting it out.

The mdf shapes are part of the collection and i used marker pens to colour him in with white paint for his belly.

I added twine and pearls because the colours worked with the rest of the card.

Thank you for visiting and Merry Christmas
