Forever Dark September Challenge

                                                                          Hi all

I am back with my project for September and i can't believe where this year is going. I am off on my Hols soon and can't wait to spend some time on that beautiful  beach at the bottom of the caravan park. You can join our challenge here http://foreverdark2.blogspot.co.uk/. I coloured him in with the Artiste Watercolour pen set and mounted the stamp onto a few layers of patterned paper which i downloaded and printed off from Far Far Hill.

Forever Dark August Challenge

                                                                    Hi all

This is the Wings of flight digi stamp by Rosey Hearts. i used a selection of free papers from Far far hill and layered them up. I then spritzed a mixture of misters across the bottom of the card.

My next card is made using the Reach for the stars digi stamp by Poppy Seed Graphics. coloured the stamp with Artiste Watercolour pend and cut it out using a die cut. I then used pleated fabric across the bottom and added a few strips of jute.

Weeping Banshee Card for Forever Dark

Hi all

Something for those who craft on the dark side. I have another project using Teri's La Llorona weeping woman digi stamp from Delicious Doodles. There is a Facebook challenge on until 30th June to enter your dark creations for a chance to win so Delicious Doodles stamps. here is the group link www.facebook.com/groups/377596482275106/ you will be asked to join and once accepted you can upload you project in the photos section of the page.

The paper is a digital fownload from Farfarhill and is free for personal use. I print them out in draft mode to spare the ink.

I used black ink to dye white flowers black and left to dry before spritzing more black ink under the flower cluster. Some of the black ink bled into the red roses creating a grungy look. It was an accident but it looks cool.

Forever Dark June Challenge

Hi everyone

Here is my first project as part of the Forever Dark Challenge team. we have two sponsors this month the first one is Delicious Doodles  Teri has an Etsy shop which sells these beautiful digital stamps.

For my Challenge entry i choose the Celtic Dragon Frame stamp. He is easy to colour in because the shading is already part of the stamp. I used the Mirabelle paper pad for the paper layers and splattered it with black DecoArt  misters with a few splashes of green ink.

I have Joined the Forever Dark Design Team

Hi all

Just wanted to drop in and share some news.

I have been chosen to join Forever Dark a new challenge blog for all things a bit well Dark. Don't worry i am not going to cover myself in goats blood and run naked through a forest or anything. If you like Halloween, horror, fantasy and goth styles of crafting then this is for you. No cape or sacrificial goats needed just colouring mediums and creativity.

                  and just in case you are worried here  are few of my Darkest creations

 For some reason i cant make a cute Gorjuss Girl card, i think its the fact she has no smile that makes her a bit dark.

 

  

I still don't like the plague doctor. This is  a scrapbook layout of one of the weirdest and most haunted museums in England apparently.

See not as bad as you thought eh? the DT is still looking for one more place to fill. we are working with digi stamps that we choose, so you can decide what you are comfortable working with. I like dragons and Halloween so that's what  i am choosing to use.
